David founded the practice of David Rubin & Partners in 1984 to focus on business recovery and forensic litigation support. Since then he has concentrated almost exclusively on under-performing businesses and has become a well-recognised and respected figure in the recovery industry. David regularly writes and lectures on turnaround issues and is heavily involved in training within the profession. He is a council member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and INSOL Europe. He has chaired the R3 Education, Courses and Conferences Committee as well as the Smaller Practice Issues Committee for both R3 and INSOL International. David’s primary role is to ensure the quality of service at the practice, ensuring that all members of his team demonstrate a high level of professionalism and technical expertise and that all legal and other regulations are complied with. He enjoys the challenge of business rescue and his work often involves litigation and alternative dispute resolution. In his spare time, David’s hobbies include tennis, skiing, restoring classic cars and playing the piano. Contact David Rubin. |
