Paul is the driving force behind David Rubin & Partners’ Holborn office, which he established in 2002. His energy and perspective have been vital to the success of the operation and had previously led to his election to The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) ‘Class of 2000’, a body set up to reshape the future of the insolvency profession.

Since his qualification as a chartered accountant in 1991, Paul has overseen the turnaround of many troubled companies. His experience in the recovery industry has been guided by a commitment to the three ‘R’s of R3: rescue, recovery and renewal.

Paul became a partner of the practice in 1995 and has been managing partner since 2002. He is actively involved in education and training within the profession and has lectured regularly on many R3 courses and conferences.

Paul has a keen interest in both the music and film industries and has first-hand experience of life’s ups and downs, having supported Arsenal Football Club as a season ticket holder since the age of four!
